Johnny Walker is a Scottish-born technologist, founder, operator, and investor based in Florida, with a career built across the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the United States.
He founded and led Watek Computers Limited and Central IT Solutions Ltd, then co-founded LabTech Software LLC in the US and founded and ran LabTech Software Limited in the UK — owning European and APAC sales and support and building an international operating model that paired commercial go-to-market with specialists in tax structuring, foreign exchange, and systems architecture.
After LabTech’s merger with ConnectWise and the subsequent billion-dollar private-equity sale of ConnectWise to Thoma Bravo (February 2019), he founded Walker International Ventures, LLC, applying the same cross-border discipline — emerging technology, structuring, automation, and multi-jurisdiction capital allocation — to an international property and investment portfolio spanning US states and UK holdings.
